The Bchex Story:
From Grit to Innovation

In 1995, Bchex was founded as Background Investigation Bureau (BIB) with an entrepreneurial spirit and a mission to enhance workplace safety. Our founders balanced their ambitious startup with the practicalities of making ends meet, delivering pizzas by night to sustain their vision.

Their tenacity and resolve forged one of the most successful, privately-established background check firms in the U.S. While pizza delivery is in our past, the same steadfast determination remains at the core of our work.
